Fluffy, chocolatey Oreo Pancakes filled with crushed cookies and topped with whipped cream and syrup perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, butter, and vanilla.
3. Combine wet and dry mixtures gently.
4. Fold in crushed Oreos.
5. Preheat skillet and grease lightly.
6. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
7. Cook until bubbles form; flip and cook 1–2 minutes more.
8. Serve with whipped cream, syrup, and more Oreos.
Notes
For richer flavor, add cocoa powder.
Substitute plant-based milk for dairy-free option.
