Description

A creamy, dreamy dessert that combines rich cheesecake with the delightful crunch of Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combining with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine the heavy cream and powdered sugar with the cream cheese, mixing until thick and rich.
  5. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Let the cheesecake set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve chilled, optionally topped with additional crushed Oreos.
