- 24 Oreo cookies
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combining with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Combine the heavy cream and powdered sugar with the cream cheese, mixing until thick and rich.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Let the cheesecake set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with additional crushed Oreos.
