- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the macaroni, vegetable broth, and milk. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Continue cooking until the cheese is melted and the dish is creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
