Description
A rich and comforting pasta dish cooked in one pot, featuring a creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the pasta, milk, salt, and pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover, cooking for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Use freshly minced garlic for the best flavor. Adjust the cheese amount to taste, and stir the pasta occasionally to prevent sticking.
