One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

Description

A quick and easy one-pan dinner featuring savory kielbasa, sweet honey, and colorful veggies that pleases the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil across the baking sheet.
  3. Chop kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and toss onto the baking sheet with bell peppers, baby carrots, and halved baby potatoes.
  4. Mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl, then pour over the kielbasa and veggies, tossing to coat.
  5. Spread everything out evenly on the baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  7. When veggies are tender and kielbasa is caramelized, remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley or green onions.
