Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Start by chopping the garlic and any additional veggies you’d like to include, such as bell peppers or spinach.
- Sear the chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Season the chicken: Sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides for flavor.
- Add garlic: Toss in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Notes
