Description

A comforting dish featuring seared chicken and garlic-infused buttered noodles, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by prepping your ingredients. Chop the garlic and any vegetables you’d like to include.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown. Season the chicken with salt and pepper as it cooks.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring everything to a boil.
  5. Stir in the egg noodles, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the noodles reach an al dente texture.
  6. Once the noodles are cooked, remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the remaining butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
