Ingredients
1 cup green olives, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
2. Add minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper; mix well.
3. Fold in the chopped green and Kalamata olives, parsley, and Parmesan (if using).
4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed — add more lemon juice or herbs to preference.
5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
6. Serve with pita chips, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggies for dipping.
Notes
For a lighter dip, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and reduced-fat cream cheese.
Add chopped roasted red peppers for a colorful twist.
This dip also works great as a spread for sandwiches or wraps.
