Ingredients

2 cups milk (or non-dairy alternative)

2 eggs

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil

2 cups diced apples (peeled)

1/4 cup chopped nuts or raisins (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

2. Whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and butter.

3. Stir in oats and diced apples (and optional nuts).

4. Pour mixture into the prepared dish.

5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until set and golden brown.
