This No-Bake Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu is creamy, cozy, and bursting with autumn flavor perfect for holidays or any sweet craving.
Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 pack ladyfingers
1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
Optional toppings: cocoa powder, whipped cream
Instructions
1. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
2. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
4. Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee briefly.
5. Layer cream mixture and ladyfingers in a dish.
6. Repeat layers until finished.
7. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4–6 hours.
8. Dust with cocoa powder or add toppings before serving.
Notes
Chill overnight for best flavor.
Use decaf coffee if serving to kids.
Store covered in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
