Description
Elegant individual cheesecakes with silky cream cheese filling infused with fresh orange zest and juice, sitting on buttery graham cracker crusts. No baking required for perfect summer entertaining.
Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, cold
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
12 cupcake liners
Fresh orange slices for garnish
Whipped cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
1. Line 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar until combined.
3. Press crumb mixture firmly into bottom of each liner.
4. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
5. Add orange juice, zest, and vanilla to cream cheese mixture.
6. In separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
7. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
8. Spoon or pipe filling evenly over prepared crusts.
9. Smooth tops with offset spatula and tap to release air bubbles.
10. Refrigerate minimum 4 hours or overnight until completely set.
11. Garnish with fresh orange slices or zest before serving.
Notes
Cream cheese must be room temperature for smooth, lump-free filling.
Don’t skip chilling time or cheesecakes won’t set properly.
Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks for best stability and texture.
Store covered in refrigerator up to 5 days.
Can freeze up to 2 months in airtight containers.
