- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 2–4 hours
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
- Combine the cashews, nutritional yeast, water, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
- Serve warm or cold over nachos or any dish you like!
