  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. Combine the cashews, nutritional yeast, water, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a blender.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
  5. Serve warm or cold over nachos or any dish you like!
