Instructions
- Grab a pan and heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the cooked chickpeas, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt to the pan. Cook them for around 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they become slightly crispy.
- While the chickpeas sizzle away, warm the pita breads in a toaster or oven for about 1-2 minutes until they’re soft and pliable.
- Lay out the warmed pita breads and evenly distribute the chickpea mixture among them.
