Delicious and easy-to-make Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps that are perfect for a quick meal, packed with flavor and cheesy goodness.

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded, or use rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large low-carb tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 handful baby spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Drizzle in the olive oil and let it heat up.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, covered with a damp paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas, placing about 1/2 cup in the center of each. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove wraps from the skillet, slice in half diagonally, and serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
