Description

Quick and satisfying low carb wraps filled with cheesy garlic chicken, perfect for a casual dinner or lunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low carb wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sour cream or hot sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet along with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and heat through for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until it melts into the chicken and garlic mixture.
  4. Take a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture and place it onto each lettuce leaf or low carb wrap.
  5. Roll them up, making sure to secure the filling inside.
  6. Serve immediately, adding sour cream or hot sauce for extra flavor if desired.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation. Don’t skip the garlic for flavor.
