Quick and satisfying low carb wraps filled with cheesy garlic chicken, perfect for a casual dinner or lunch.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large lettuce leaves or low carb wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sour cream or hot sauce for serving
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet along with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and heat through for about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until it melts into the chicken and garlic mixture.
- Take a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture and place it onto each lettuce leaf or low carb wrap.
- Roll them up, making sure to secure the filling inside.
- Serve immediately, adding sour cream or hot sauce for extra flavor if desired.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation. Don’t skip the garlic for flavor.
