- 2 large onions
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the onions into thick rings, about half an inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each onion ring into the cheese mixture, coating them well.
- Place the coated rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the rings lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.
Notes
These onion rings are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
