Ingredients

Instructions
- Chop the cabbage, celery, onions, and carrots into small pieces.
- In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chopped vegetables and stir together.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and canned tomatoes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
