Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a shallow bowl: bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Prepare the egg mixture by whisking together the eggs and milk in another bowl.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, coating both sides completely.
  5. Dip the floured chicken into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s entirely covered.
  6. Coat the egg-coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Fry the chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Bake the chicken in a baking dish for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
