Ingredients
Brownie Layer:
1 batch baked and cooled brownies, cut into cubes
Cheesecake Mousse:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Chocolate Ganache:
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
Toppings:
Chopped candy bars (Snickers, Reese’s, etc.)
Mini chocolate chips
Crushed nuts or cookie crumbs
Instructions
1. Prepare brownie layer: bake your favorite brownies, let cool completely, and cut into small cubes.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create a light cheesecake mousse.
5. For the ganache, heat heavy cream until just steaming, then pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
6. To assemble, layer brownie cubes in the bottom of small dessert cups.
7. Spoon or pipe cheesecake mousse over the brownies.
8. Drizzle with chocolate ganache and top with chopped candies, mini chips, or nuts.
9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Use store-bought brownies to save time.
