- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs (for serving)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Add the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
- Spoon the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top and garnish with lemon slices.
Notes
For best results, use fresh lemon juice and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
