Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for serving)
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  3. Add the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top and garnish with lemon slices.

Notes
