Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
- Once the beef is brown, stir in garlic and ginger. Cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well to coat the beef.
- Serve the beef mixture over a bed of fluffy rice.
