These Key Lime Truffles are creamy, tangy, and coated in luscious white chocolate a refreshing no-bake treat perfect for parties or gifting.
Ingredients
8 oz white chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
2 tbsp fresh key lime juice
1 tsp key lime zest
1 cup white chocolate or candy melts (for coating)
Extra lime zest or powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Chop white chocolate into small pieces.
3. Heat cream until just simmering; pour over chocolate.
4. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
5. Add lime juice, zest, and salt; stir to combine.
6. Chill mixture 1–2 hours until firm.
7. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.
8. Melt coating chocolate and dip truffles.
9. Garnish with lime zest or powdered sugar.
10. Chill until set and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month.
For dairy-free, use coconut cream and dairy-free white chocolate.
