Ingredients
1 lb ribeye, thinly sliced

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 low-carb tortillas or keto-friendly wraps
1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
1 small onion, sliced
1 small bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
1. Pat meat dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear meat strips for 2-3 minutes per side until desired doneness.
4. Sauté onions and bell peppers in the same skillet until softened.
5. Warm low-carb tortillas or wraps.
6. Assemble rolls with meat, veggies, and shredded cheese.
