- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms; sauté until mushrooms are tender (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, sautéed mushrooms, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
