  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, heavy cream, cauliflower florets, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook until the cauliflower is tender, about 10 minutes.
