Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into strips
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine thoroughly and heat through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
