Instructions
- Combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk well.
- Mix the applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the diced apples gently.
- Form small balls of dough and flatten them slightly to create cookie shapes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry cookies until golden brown or bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Cool the cookies on paper towels before serving.
