Description
Tender chicken topped with creamy feta and drizzled with hot honey for the perfect balance of savory and sweet heat.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp hot honey
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, and oregano; coat chicken.
3. Marinate for 15 minutes to 4 hours.
4. Heat skillet over medium-high; cook chicken 5–6 min per side until 165°F.
5. Rest chicken for 5 minutes.
6. Top with feta and drizzle with hot honey.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For a milder flavor, use regular honey instead of hot honey.
Chicken tenders can be used for a quicker cook time.
