Description
This Brownie Ice Cream Cake combines a rich, chewy brownie base with layers of creamy vanilla ice cream and crunchy toppings perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (or homemade recipe)
2 quarts vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup chocolate ganache (optional)
1/2 cup crushed cookies or sprinkles
1 cup whipped cream
Butter (for pan)
Parchment paper
Plastic wrap or foil
Instructions
1. Bake brownie in a springform pan and let cool.
2. Soften ice cream for 10–15 minutes.
3. Spread first layer of ice cream over brownies.
4. Freeze 30 minutes.
5. Add ganache layer (optional).
6. Spread second layer of ice cream.
7. Freeze 4–6 hours or overnight.
8. Let sit 10–15 minutes before slicing.
9. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Wrap tightly to avoid ice crystals.
Slice using warm knife for clean cuts.
Store up to 1 week in freezer.
