Ingredients
8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup pure honey
3 tablespoons hot sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Pat chicken thighs completely dry and season with salt and pepper.
3. Let chicken rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
4. Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in shallow dish.
5. Set up breading station with flour mixture and beaten eggs.
6. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then flour again.
7. Place coated chicken on prepared baking sheet, ensuring pieces don’t touch.
8. Lightly brush or spray chicken with olive oil.
9. Bake for 35-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
10. Meanwhile, whisk together honey, hot sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
11. Remove chicken from oven and immediately brush with hot honey glaze.
12. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet to ensure proper air circulation.
Use wire rack on baking sheet for extra crispiness if desired.
