Description
Honey Salmon Bites are sweet, spicy, and perfectly crispy on the outside while tender inside ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillet (skin removed, cut into cubes)
3 tbsp hot honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp cornstarch
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Pat salmon cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Cook salmon cubes 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
4. Mix hot honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and chili flakes.
5. Add glaze to salmon, toss, and cook another 1–2 minutes.
6. Finish with lemon juice and let rest 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute steelhead trout for salmon.
For a spicier version, add sriracha or extra chili flakes.
Serve with rice, veggies, or inside lettuce wraps.
