Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional mix-ins (chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine rolled oats, honey, coconut, pecans, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until everything is well-coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet, ensuring it’s in a single layer for even baking.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the granola turns a lovely golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely; this helps it to become crunchy!
- Add any desired mix-ins like chocolate chips or dried fruit, then store the granola in an airtight container.
Notes
