Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine rolled oats, honey, coconut, pecans, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until everything is well-coated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet, ensuring it’s in a single layer for even baking.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the granola turns a lovely golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely; this helps it to become crunchy!
  6. Add any desired mix-ins like chocolate chips or dried fruit, then store the granola in an airtight container.

Stir every ten minutes while baking for even browning. Cool completely before adding mix-ins.
