- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots) – optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl; mix well.
- Mix the honey or maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Stir in dried fruit if using.
- Store in an airtight container and enjoy.
