Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Add fresh spinach in the last 30 minutes and stir.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
