Homemade Cheesy Beef & Vegetable Casserole is a hearty, cheesy dish perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
2 cups cooked pasta or sliced potatoes
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups tomato sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
3. Add tomato sauce, vegetables, and seasonings.
4. Layer pasta/potatoes in casserole dish.
5. Top with beef mixture and shredded cheese.
6. Bake 25–30 minutes until cheese is golden.
7. Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Swap pasta with potatoes or add extra vegetables for variety.
Store leftovers in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
