Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1 cup seeds (e.g., pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the hemp seeds, mixed nuts, seeds, and shredded coconut in a large bowl.
  3. Mix maple syrup, chopped dates, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
