Description

Delightful and wholesome cookies made with almond flour and natural peanut butter, no sugar needed.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (such as erythritol or coconut sugar)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the almond flour, peanut butter, sweetener, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Scoop out the dough using a tablespoon and roll it into balls.
  5. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork.
  6. Pop the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
