  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup wild blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • Brown sugar (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, milk, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: white whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Add the mini chocolate chips and blueberries, stirring until incorporated.
  6. Scoop the batter into a muffin pan and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
