Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Ham and Cheese Sliders, perfect for snacks, parties, or casual meals.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 slices of cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer the ham and cheese on top of the bottom halves.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on top and brush them with the butter mixture.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
