Ingredients

2 tbsp hot honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: chili flakes
Instructions
1. Bring beef to room temperature and season evenly.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.
3. Cook beef 6–8 minutes until browned.
4. Stir in hot honey, soy sauce, and seasonings.
5. Simmer 2 minutes until flavors meld.
6. Check beef reaches 160°F internal temperature.
7. Let rest 3–4 minutes before serving.
8. Serve over rice, quinoa, or noodles with veggies.
Notes
Store leftovers up to 4 days in the fridge.
Reheat with a splash of water or broth.
