Description

Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the sliced garlic and red chili flakes, cooking until the garlic is golden.
  5. Drain the spaghetti, reserving some pasta water.
  6. Combine the spaghetti with the garlic oil, adding reserved water as needed.
  7. Season with salt and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
