Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours).
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
