Description

A delightful and colorful Grilled Beef Bowl featuring tender beef sirloin, fresh veggies, and a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for family gatherings or quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high. Toss the beef sirloin with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Grill the beef for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  2. While the beef is grilling, grab another bowl and combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make the creamy garlic sauce.
  3. Once the beef is done, serve it over a bed of cooked rice. Top it with the sliced bell peppers and halved cherry tomatoes. Finally, drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top and enjoy!

Notes

Add fresh herbs or nuts for garnish. For extra flavor, consider a sprinkle of cayenne in the sauce.
