- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high. Toss the beef sirloin with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Grill the beef for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- While the beef is grilling, grab another bowl and combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make the creamy garlic sauce.
- Once the beef is done, serve it over a bed of cooked rice. Top it with the sliced bell peppers and halved cherry tomatoes. Finally, drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top and enjoy!
