  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Gluten-Free, High-Protein

Description

A delightful salad featuring savory grilled steak, crunchy mixed greens, sweet roasted corn, and a rich balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup sweet roasted corn
  • 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season your steak with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Grill the steak for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness (aim for an internal temperature of about 135°F for medium-rare).
  4. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sweet roasted corn, and crumbled gorgonzola.
  6. Slice the steak and layer it on top of the salad.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute the steak with grilled portobello mushrooms or marinated tofu. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
