- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup sweet roasted corn
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season your steak with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Grill the steak for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness (aim for an internal temperature of about 135°F for medium-rare).
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sweet roasted corn, and crumbled gorgonzola.
