Ingredients
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese
1/2 cup green olives, pitted and chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
Optional: a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. In a food processor, combine feta, yogurt (or cream cheese), olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Stir in chopped green olives and herbs; pulse a few times to mix while keeping small olive chunks.
4. Taste and adjust with lemon juice or pepper as needed.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
6. Top with extra chopped olives, herbs, and a pinch of chili flakes if desired.
7. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
Notes
You can make this dip a day in advance — it actually tastes better as the flavors meld.
