Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm with the tzatziki sauce on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
