- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Serve the meatballs warm with the tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
