These Greek Chicken Wraps are packed with juicy marinated chicken, fresh veggies, and a creamy garlic yogurt sauce a quick, healthy, and flavorful meal perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced thin)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 large pita or flatbreads
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
For Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dill (fresh or dried)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add sliced chicken and marinate for at least 20 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
2. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
3. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
4. Warm the pita or flatbreads slightly for easier wrapping.
5. Assemble the wraps: layer lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, chicken, and feta on each flatbread.
6. Drizzle with the garlic yogurt sauce and wrap tightly.
7. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a grab-and-go meal.
Notes
Add Kalamata olives or hummus for extra Mediterranean flavor.
Use whole-wheat pitas or lettuce wraps for a lighter option.
The garlic yogurt sauce also makes a great dip for veggies or fries.
