- 1 cup cooked orzo pasta

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, cooked orzo, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix it all together until well combined.
