Ingredients
→ Main
4 cod fillets (6 ounces each)
→ Glaze
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
→ Garnish & Serving
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime wedges
Instructions
Get your oven preheated to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
In a small bowl, whisk together your soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil until everything is well combined.
Arrange your cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Using a brush, coat each fillet generously with the soy ginger glaze.
Pop the fish in your preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when the cod flakes easily with a fork.
Transfer your cooked cod to serving plates. Top with a sprinkle of sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over top.
