- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Toss the chicken wings in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
- Remove from oven and toss with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Pat wings dry for extra crispiness, and do not overcrowd the baking sheet for the best results.
